 ution (4DX) as a governing philosophy. I will walk through how we identifie

 five-phase Enterprise AI Intake Process hosted in Collibra, created a compe
 lling scoreboard using our GOLLUM Metrics framework, and established a cade
 nce of accountability that made governance sustainable rather than aspirati

 etrics) instruments our AI use-case lifecycle across 10 governance steps, q
 uantifying the true value of systems, processes, and investments. Metrics m
